I was referred to Daniel by the lenders I had been working with. I am glad to have worked with him of all people. It will be hard to describe his attention to detail and knowledge of the business. He can look at a house from 3 miles away and tell you who it was built by and when! I will be in contact with him for years down the line I'm sure. He knows anyone in the business whether it be contractors, landscapers or plumbers... Daniel was amazing! Very professional at all times, even when I would joke around. My home buying process started in 2023 when I got news I had the credit score to buy. However, I had just moved to Texas, into a rental, and wouldn't be ready to buy for a year.
