I was referred to Daniel by the lenders I had been working with. I am glad to have worked with him of all people. It will be hard to describe his attention to detail and knowledge of the business. He can look at a house from 3 miles away and tell you who it was built by and when! I will be in contact with him for years down the line I'm sure. He knows anyone in the business whether it be contractors, landscapers or plumbers... I can count on this guy to answer any question I have or to get me in contact with someone who is reputable and fair.
