“Long story short, Daniel helped us sell our house without ever putting it on the market and we will be moving into our forever home soon!!! He is very quick to respond to any questions and he gets things done.
Now for the long story. My husband and I had been looking at different model homes for a couple of weeks. On a Sunday we decided to look at several DR Horton Express neighborhoods and liked the homes but never felt like any of the sales people were really interested in taking the time to see what we were looking for. Daniel was in the fourth Express neighborhood we visited. It was already around 6:45 pm and they closed at 7pm. Daniel showed us a spec home in the neighborhood and we liked it but still weren’t too sure. He was the first to completely explain the process and idea behind the brand,as it’s a little different than other builders. We liked the way another floorplan looked but there wasn’t a spec home to see in the neighborhood. Daniel called and found a spec home in another neighborhood and drove with us out there to see it. It was well past closing time but he wasn’t in any kind of rush. My husband misunderstood my, “Lets talk about this some more in private” look and said “Yes, we want this house” We needed to get pre approved for a home loan to get the specific house we wanted and fast. Daniel said he knew someone that could help us and would have them contact us. Before we left the neighborhood we were contacted by Michele Fisher and preapproved for a home loan by the next day!!
Before we even listed our old house he had someone interested in buying it. It was officially sold yesterday 🙂 Daniel even had a mobile notary to help us sign the papers because of our crazy work schedules.
I highly recommend Daniel as a realtor. He not only sold our home but has also helped us toward the purchase of our forever home. Hopefully by this time next week we will be moving into our house.
